I am a Software Engineer. I received my M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and B.E. degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University.
Earlier I did my schooling at Erode where I was born and brought up. I did most of my schooling at The Sengunthar Matriculation Hr Sec School where I happened to get lots of very good and true friends( Truants : our group name )
My family is a small one - myself, my brother and our mom. My mom, P N Kamala is working as Postal Assistant at Erode HPO. My mom is a great person who brought me up, provided me with everything I loved and showed what life is and how to treat life. She had been a great teacher to me since my childhood days teaching good things and habits never stopping me from doing anything, right until now from my childhood. Always encouraging, prodding me to my best and taking pride in my pleasure and my success exactly what my dad Late B Sivashanmugam used to do. She is the greatest of all women I have seen in my life.
My Brother, S S Dhandapani is working as a Senior Resident at Neuro Surgery Dept, AIIMS, New Delhi. He is less of a brother and has been my friend and a guide to success. He is Dhandu - 'the fundu'. He topped the state of Tamil Nadu during his 10th and Higher Secondary Exams. He did his undergraduation ( M.B.,B.S. )at Jipmer, Pondicherry. Kaarthik is a.. Comments given by the ppl around me during different occasions !!!! Unpredictable- blows hot and blows cold - Egoist -No nonsense Man - easy going - simply useless - knows when to do what and how - very practical - wiseacre - Enjoys life to the max - knows how to please people - takes extreme steps to achieve whatever he thinks (how wicked it may be) - 'Style maarne ke koshish me often fail hota hai' - thinks that he is a good dancer - burden to earth - living proof that man can live without a brain - man who can be trusted - takes everyword to heart before it reaches brain - any similarity between him and a human is purely coincidental - Mr.Nice Guy - hardworker only when it demands the most - blows his own trumpet - thinks he is invincible - when it comes to fight and foes catches every straw to win - big mouth (a close friend's comment) - gets tensed/laughs for no reason - good sense of humor (given by a very special person) - all rounder (my best friend's comment) - vennai - big time guy - one of the very talented students I have come across - argues a lot (my advisor's comment) - highly motivated and a PhD material (my prof's comment) - he is alive only because it is illegal to shoot him - an interesting character (comment from another very special person) - cynic - very insightful (my team lead's comment at work) - the hammer (comment from my biker colleague) - a frequent inspiree - smart cookie and a management material (a comment from my boss at work) - arrogant jerk, proud, rude, and standoffish like Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy (comment from a very very very very very special person)....the list goes on and on and on...
What I think of Myself
Don't get carried away by the above mentioned kaleidoscopic comments from the people I know...lemme tell you what I think of myself. I am a.. / I am a kinda person who.. * man of dreams and a achiever * practical man and a common sense consultant * loves to have fun and enjoy life * snubs ppl occasionally but unintentionally and feels for that the next moment * understands others feelings * loves to be loved and hates to be hated and what not....In short I am a Person non pareil.. ha..ha.. ;-)
